| FIX-45162 | Fixes the Pega Knowledge Rule Resolution exception when multiple users update a Knowledge article. | |
| HFIX-45568 | If an interaction is opened from the Recent Interactions section, and subsequently closed, and then again if another interaction is opened from the Recent Interactions, the system displays an error in the browser. The Empty Work Item Handle error is fixed in this hotfix. | |
| HFIX-46914 | Fixes the following Pega Express (currently App Studio) settings- related issue. When CDH is enabled, it does not persist. When CDH is enabled, Augmented Agent is displayed with Common Phrases, Page Push, Knowledge Articles, and Allow Auto-Response. If CDH is disabled after enabling Common Phrases and Page Push, then Common Phrases and Page Push should be disabled, but they are still enabled. | |
