HFIX-68488Fixes the emailCaseID Report Join Failed exception when a user clicks the Email icon in the EmailControlPanel section.
HFIX-69981When there is no CSR available for Chat, the Allow end-customers to submit an email when Chat is unavailable message is displayed. This presents the options for email and message in the Chat window. Then an item is queued for the cyCreateOfflineEmailMessage queue processor. This hotfix fixes the issue where the queue processor gets stuck on the queue item, and thus is unable to send an email from Chat.
HFIX-70231Fixes the issue where a user could not create the IVA / IVR channel and the displayed No unlocked ruleset found error.
HFIX-70464Fixes the issue where a white space is displayed while reviewing a service case.
