Pega Foundation for Healthcare case types and workflows

This section describes the standard case types that are included with Pega Foundation for Healthcare and are available for selection within the New Application wizard when you create your healthcare application. Depending on your organization's needs, you may leverage and extend the case types for managing the member complaints (appeals and grievances) from the Appeals and Grievances application layer and for managing code sets and code groups from the Code Management application layer of the Foundation.
