Complete these prerequisites.
Pega Integration Solution for Change Healthcare InterQual Installation and Integration Guide
- Install or upgrade to Pega Platform 8.6 and ensure that you can log in as an
administrator.For more information, see the installation or upgrade guide for your environment that is available on the Deploy Pega Platform page.
- Verify that you are using the latest patch release for your version of Pega Platform through your normal Software Distribution channels or by contacting Global Customer Support (GCS), and install the most recent patch release if necessary.
- Install or upgrade Pega Foundation for Healthcare 8.6.For more information, see the Pega Foundation for Healthcare Installation Guide or the Pega Foundation for Healthcare Upgrade Guide on the Pega Foundation for Healthcare product page.
- Apply any required hotfixes to Pega Foundation for Healthcare by using the Hotfix
Manager.For more information, see Applying the latest on-premises patch.
- Install or upgrade Pega Customer Service for Healthcare 8.6.For more information, see the Pega Customer Service for Healthcare Installation Guide or the Pega Customer Service for Healthcare Upgrade Guide on the Pega Customer Service for Healthcare product page.
- Apply any required hotfixes to Pega Customer Service for Healthcare by using the Hotfix
Manager. For more information, see Applying the latest on-premises patch.
- Install or upgrade Pega Care Management 8.6. For more information, see the Pega Care Management Installation Guide or the Pega Care Management Upgrade Guide on the Pega Care Management product page.
- Apply any required Pega Care Management hotfixes.For more information, see Applying the latest on-premises patch.
