Retention for existing customers

Pega Retail Advisor supports running the Retention Negotiator from the Retail Customer Composite. In addition to the new customer flow in Pega Retail Advisor, store associates can not have the customer answer a set of retention related questions, which provides context for why the customer is canceling their services and what's important to them, before making a retention bundle recommendation.
