with this operator.

Optional. Enter a title, such as Mr. or Ms.
BUG-5062
|
Full
Name
|
Enter the full name of this user. This text is present in
the navigation panel of standard portal displays. Enter up to
50 characters.
A few
standard portal displays use the Short
Description field — not the
Operator Full Name value — to identify
operators. For example, the selection lists presented to
managers on the Process Work workspace use the Short
Description. To have the system present the full
names on such displays, copy the Operator Full
Name value to the Short Description
field.
Two
standard properties pyFirstName and
pyLastName exist but do not appear on the
Operator ID form. If you enter a special character such as %
between the first name and last name in this field, other
processing in your application can extract values for
pyFirstName and pyLastName from
this value, which corresponds to property
pyUserName. CLINIC 7/11/06

Position/Title
|
Optional. Enter this user's job title or position.
|
Phone
|
Optional. Enter this user's business phone number. (If
your system includes the optional PegaCALL component, a
different property pyExtension holds the phone
number; that property does not appear on the Operator ID
form.) SR-3188
|
Email
|
Optional. Enter an email address for messages sent from
this user or sent by a Process Commander application to this
user. The system does not check the format or validity of the
address. The
pyEmailAddress property has a maximum length of
40 characters. You can overwrite this property with a higher
maximum length if needed. SR-3290

Select to allow applications to route additional
assignments to the worklist of the user who is identified by
this Operator ID data instance.
Clear to prevent routing shapes in flow executions from adding assignments to
this user's worklist.
This checkbox
affects onlyrouting activities. This checkbox does not
affect the ability of this user to log in, enter work
objects, or complete assignments already on the
worklist. It does not prevent another operator or manager
from transferring assignments to the worklist.
B-3150
If selected and at runtime a routing activity (with
parameter CheckAvailability set to true)
attempts to send an assignment to the worklist of this
Operator ID, the substitute operator if any is used instead.
If no substitute is found, the routing activity adds the
assignment to the worklist of the manager of this
operator's work group. MARIK 11/17/06

Operator
Image
Optional. You can associate an image (such as a photo or icon) with
this operator. By default, this image appears in the
Profile display and in the Designer Studio newsfeed. Your application can include this image in other
situations. (For instructions, see More about
Image Content data instances.)
If no image is associated with an operator ID, a default image from
the binary file rule images.dialogprofileimage.gif
appears.

For best results: GRP-327 5.5
- Prepare a small square image about 25 to 56 pixels on
each side, in a JPG, GIF, or PNG format.
- Click Browse... to navigate
to the image file.
- Click Upload Image... to
upload the image file. A pop-up confirmation appears.
- Click Save ().
When you save the Operator ID form, Process Commander
creates an image content data instance
(Data-Content-Image class) to hold the uploaded
image file; the image is not part of the Operator ID
instance.
If you later
delete an Operator ID instance, any associated image content
data instance is also deleted. If you copy an Operator ID
instance using Save As.., the newly created Operator ID
instance is not linked to the image.
Property .pyImageFileName links the Operator
ID to an image content data instance.
Click Delete Image to end the
connection to an image content data instance, and return to
the default image. BUG-6053 This does not delete the
Data-Content-Image instance.

the name of an access group (a
Data-Admin-Operator-AccessGroup instance) for
this user.
You can specify multiple access groups. When more than one
group is listed, designate one as the user's
default group by clicking the radio button next to
that group. Proj-1008
If this operator is to use a composite portal to enter
work objects, and is to enter work objects for multiple
applications, create a distinct access group for each
application, and list them all here. See How to
create a composite portal.
If the data instance identified in the Name or
Division field does not reference an access
group based on an application RuleSet, this field is
required.
