Creating a Facebook page and app

To set up Pega Intelligent Virtual Assistant (IVA) for Facebook in Pega Platform, you need to configure several settings by creating a Facebook page and a Facebook app. The settings are later used during the creation of a Facebook channel.

  1. Create a Facebook page.

  3. Configure the Facebook app.
