Working on the change request

Updated on January 22, 2021

In the Build phase, a user in the <your implementation application>:NBASpecialist access group does the changes required to complete the change request.

  1. To view all your pending change requests, log in as a user with the <your implementation application>:NBASpecialist access group.
  2. In the To do section of the 1:1 Operations Manager Home page, click Go by the request which you want to review.
  3. Review the request details and the required Build tasks.
  4. Complete the required tasks.
As you complete each task, matching rules are generated and saved into the application overlay revision management branch.
  5. The request advances to the Test stage. As an operator in the <your implementation application>:NBASpecialist access group, you can approve the changes, or return them to the Plan or Build stages.
    • To return the request to the Build stage, click Return to build. This action returns the request to an NBA Specialist, for example, because the request was not implemented correctly.
    • To return the request to the Plan stage, click ActionsChange stagePlan. This action returns the request to the team member who submitted it, for example, because the request details were unclear.
Result: You can edit the Change Request case type and add additional approval logic. For more information, see the Pega 1:1 Operations Manager Implementation Guide on the https://https://community.pega.com/knowledgebase/products/marketing.
