Work groups and workbaskets in Pega Pharmacovigilance
Pega Pharmacovigilance is a modularized application that manages a range of life sciences processes, for example, the data capture of adverse events and product complaints for particular drugs.
The following work groups and workbaskets are installed with the application:

| PegaPVUser | The default work group for all Pega Pharmacovigilance users |
| MRSpecialist | A work group for Medical Review Specialists |
| QCReviewer | A work group for Quality Control Reviewers |
| PegaPVOutboundUsers | A work group for the users of the Pega Pharmacovigilance Outbound module |

| QCReviewerWB | A workbasket for Quality Control Reviewers |
| OutboundSafetyAdminWB | A workbasket for Safety Administrators who own cases in the Outbound module. Country-specific workbaskets are created as copies of this workbasket |
