Pega Pharmacovigilance is a modularized application that manages a range of life sciences processes, for example, the data capture of adverse events and product complaints for particular drugs.

Pega Pharmacovigilance includes map value rules that are used as configurable extension points for dynamic class referencing. The following map values are available:

The AECPDetermineWorkClass map value contains the following items:

ReviewContains classes that inherit from PegaLS-FWAECPFW-Work-Reviews.
ReviewFlowContains a flow that manages the Review work object.
ReportContains classes that inherit from PegaLS-FWAECPFW-Work-Reports.
ReportFlowContains a flow that manages the Report work object.

The MapProductClass map value contains the following items:

Product typeDescription

Row nameDescription
SafetyAdminThe ID for the safety administrator with an associated valid email.
PartyRoleThe role of the safety administrator that is necessary for email communication.
SLANameThe SLA rule type that is applied to all Report work objects.
SLAClassNameThe class that is applied to the SLA rule type.

DomainThe domain name of the newly created operator.
ApplicationThe outbound application from which access groups and access roles derive names.

The SelectRuleSet map value contains the following item:

DefaultThe unlocked ruleset and its version in which new data instances are created. This ruleset should remain unlocked because all newly created rules that are part of the AECPConfiguration map value are stored in this ruleset version.
