Improved configuration wizard
The display of configuration options in the Pega Call configuration wizard is now tailored to the Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) link type.
When you map call data, the wizard displays the target call data page properties for each mapped call property.
Additionally, the descriptions of steps in the Pega Call configuration wizard have been improved to guide users through the configuration process.
Cisco Finesse SSO support
This feature is in the 8.7.2 patch release.
Pega Call now supports single sign-on (SSO) for Cisco Finesse and WCCE links. For more information, see Enabling SSO for Cisco Finesse.
