Pega Care Management now offers the use of the Pega Foundation for Healthcare FHIR API resources. The GET capability for many of the sections in Patient 360 can be sourced from either a local domain or through the FHIR API resource. Pega Care Management uses the GET and PUT Care Plan API resource to support the collaboration of care teams.
