Unified Interaction Portal
Pega Care Management has developed a single persona-based Interaction portal. Pega Care Management continues to support the existing portals, but these portals will not be developed in version 8.7 and later. The new persona- based portal includes all the information that is in the existing separate portals. Based on the user role, functionality is available to the user, thereby keeping the right information available for the right resource.
Additionally, through the use of the Interaction portal, Pega Care Management is better able to continue the drive for fully integrated Healthcare CRM. Now interactions are available in the Tasks section. Next-Best-Action offers are available, and with the proper licensing, additional CRM features are now available to clients.
