In this release, Pega Care Management features a single persona-based Interaction portal. It also features an increased Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resource (FHIR) compatibility for populating the Patient 360, which supports the industry trend toward a greater adoption of FHIR and the drive for integration with external systems, primarily electronic medical records.
