Adopting Pega Customer Service for Insurance 8.7 features

After Pega updates your application to 8.7, use the following table to identify the tasks that you must complete to prepare your environment to support Pega Customer Service for Insurance 8.7.

Pega Customer Relationship Management for Insurance 8.7 Post-update Tasks for Pega Cloud services Environments

If upgrading from version 8.4 or later (a minor update), the update process requires no downtime. For additional information, see Understanding Pega Infinity updates for Pega Cloud Services.

  2. Adopting new settings (Pega Customer Service)
  3. Enabling business conditions
  4. Adopting customer search (Pega Customer Service)
  5. Adopting customer verification (Pega Customer Service)
  6. Adopting customer composites (Pega Customer Service)
  7. Migrating from Legacy Webchat to Web Messaging (Pega Customer Service)
  8. Checking your Pega Customer Service access roles for the required privilege
  9. Configuring Federated Case Management case types for web mashup
