Functional overview

During the initial case creation, with the help of the BIN value, the transaction is evaluated as On-Us, and accordingly, the flag On-Us Transaction is set to true. In the Qualify Dispute stage, the dispute reason and the dispute amount values are evaluated in the EvaluateOnUs decision table (applicable for VISA, MC, American Express).

For example: Once the user selects the DisputeReason as ChargedIncorrectly and enter the DisputeAmount as 100, the EvaluateOnUs decision table executes for the respective association and the On-Us Transaction Eligibility flag value can be set to true or false.
