GCP Deployment Region for Pega Cloud

Pega Cloud is currently available to be deployed in the USA-South Carolina region.   Consult your Pega agreement or ask your account team for currently available services in this deployment region. 

Data Residency

Pegasystems offers geographically segmented data residency services specific to its Pega Cloud offering.  When the client selects one of the available deployment regions in the applicable Subscription Schedule, then the client data, including all client personal data and data backups, will be stored in the selected deployment region and will not be transferred or accessed by Pegasystems from outside of the selected region, except at the client’s instruction or in connection with a support request submitted by the client. Pegasystems may provide network monitoring and system provisioning activities for the Environments from its network operation centers located inside and outside of the selected region or per the subscribed support services.
