Pega Care Management 8.6 Release Notes

In this release, Pega Care Management provides organizations with the ability to manage, mitigate, and proactively close identified care gaps through the use of Customer Decision Hub, the healthcare xCAR, or manual intervention. The application provides the needed data flows to import data from external sources to drive campaigns and handle prioritized inbound Next Best Action activities and communications. Pega Care Management offers examples through care gap samples of Adolescent Wellness, Colorectal Cancer screening, and Breast Cancer Screening

Pega Care Management also provides a new authoring experience for business users to create questionnaires. Business users need an efficient process to deliver questionnaires to care managers and consumers. Because questionnaires are a core function in population and care management, Pega Care Management has built authoring tools and life cycles on the platform capabilities to support authoring and conducting questionnaire offering.
