Running the Upgrade Checkers
Before an update, always run the Pega Customer Service Upgrade Checker. In addition, you can optionally run the Pega Sales Automation Upgrade Checker. Running the Upgrade Checker ensures that you are aware of rules that have been locked, deprecated, or withdrawn in the new version so that you can plan remediation before or after the update.
