Value Finder discovers opportunities to improve the next-best-action strategy
Pega Customer Decision Hub has a new analytics capability that you can use to pinpoint bottlenecks in engagement policy rules and to identify under-served customers. Value Finder highlights opportunities to improve engagement and provides recommendations for achieving improved engagement, for example, by creating relevant actions or treatments that will appeal to an audience, or by loosening rules that are too restrictive.
