Verifi Order Insight integration

Updated on February 9, 2022

Issuers can use the the Verifi Order Insight and Set Insight Outcome API services to recognize transactions and prevent dispute claims by accessing merchant order details and account history in real time.

By using the Order Insight service, issuers can retrieve merchant order details and additional information about a transaction in real time. Issuers can share this data with the consumer or the bank's staff as they see appropriate.

By using the Set Insight Outcome service, issuers can update Verifi with information about the outcome of the customer interaction. The outcome indicates whether the information provided was sufficient to deflect the cardholder's dispute claim, or whether the request was validated, and a chargeback was filed.

For more information about how to save and share the transaction details received from the merchant, see Verifi technical documentation.

For more information about how to configure Pega Smart Dispute for Issuers for integration with Verifi Order Insight, see the Pega Smart Dispute for Issuers Implementation Guide that is available on the Pega Smart Dispute for Issuers product page.
