Pega Care Management displays the same program options on the Care tab and the Administrative tab of a patient profile. For an active program, on the Care tab, select the program from the drop-down list, click ModifyOpt Out, and select a reason from the drop-down list. You can also click Opt In to activate the program.

On the Administrative tab, in the Programs section, based on the status of the program, in the Action column, you can click the hyperlink to opt in or opt out of a program.
