New fields in the Medications dialog box
To drive the medication action plan which is a Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) requirement, Pega Care Management has provided additional optional fields in the Medications dialog box.
The optional fields include:
- How I use it?
- Why I use it?
- Date I stopped using it?
- Why I stopped using it?
