Contract details tab
The contract wizard / contract details tab allows users to define the company / group and payer for whom the contract is being defined. It also allows configuration of PCP auto assignment.

Effective date | Effective date of the contract. Based on the date configured here, the effective plans would be seen in the contracted plan tab. | Yes |

The contract details tab also allows different configurations which can be used for automatic PCP assignments. Members associated with the company / group and contract would use this configuration during new enrollment (or while updating existing PCPs). For example, Same Zip code would assign PCP’s to members (within the configured company and contract) based on nearest proximity to the PCP (Zip code) first. The system would then assign PCPs to members based on same gender as that of the member, followed by language.
