Enabling the Paid channel in Next-Best-Action Designer

This content applies only to On-premises and Client-managed cloud environments

If you use Paid Media Manager, after completing the update, enable the Paid channel in Next-Best-Action Designer. Use the Paid channel to enable advertising on paid destinations, such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and others.

Pega Customer Decision Hub Update Guide
  1. Go to the Pega Customer Decision Hub portal.
  2. Navigate to Next-Best-Action Designer.
  3. Click ChannelsEdit.
  4. Enable Paid, and then click Save.
