Move Service Microjourney

The Move Service Microjourney™ in the Pega Customer Service™ for Communications application enables CSRs to change the service location for customers by running an availability check at the new location, and then scheduling a move.

Pega Customer Service for Communications Product Overview

This Microjourney is available in the Interaction Portal and web self-service. The following are the key steps in this Microjourney:

  1. Enter new address and move date.
  2. Select services to be moved based on availability.
  3. Select equipment option.
  4. Select installation option.
  5. Review and confirm the order.

This Microjourney is fully integrated with the Pega Product Catalog for Communications to help manage the equipment selection process based on compatibility with the current plans.
