Influencing next-best-action by upweighting actions

You can influence the next best action by choosing when a specific action gets presented as the top action. By using upweighting, you can have more control and more confidence over the decision regarding, which action or set of actions will be presented as the top action for the particular customer journey stage.

Journey Visualizer enhancements

In Pega Customer Decision Hub 8.7, Journey Visualizer gets a refreshed look. While exploring your customer journey and clicking on a specific stage and channel, the overlay shows you breakdown of the actions and treatments. You can change the metrics by clicking on the right panel and open each action to see individual treatments that are associated with the action, and those treatments' performance against the metrics.
