Pega Next-Best-Action Advisor displays agent KPIs

Pega Customer Decision Hub helps your customer service representatives (CSRs) be more effective by providing a new service that returns agent KPIs in Pega Next-Best-Action Advisor. It is now possible to implement reporting so that CSRs negotiating with a client can easily see how the proposed investment compares to their target, and whether the proposed deal is good, moderate or poor for the company.
