Pega also offers a Localization wizard capability to enable customers to localize Pega-based applications, including custom fields and screens quickly and easily, and in any language.

Language Packs do not affect knowledge articles. Pega Knowledge articles must be translated separately. The application’s language management capabilities and export/import feature allow articles to be sent out for translation using a CSV file format and reimported into the application for final edits and publishing. Auto-translation is also supported through the auto-translation API introduced in Pega Knowledge version 8.2.
