Smart dispute reports

Pega Smart Dispute for Issuers offers three types of reports: Charts, Summaries, and Lists.

Pega Smart Dispute for Issuers

You can perform various report actions depending on the requirement. Users can edit reports by accessing Edit Report option and can do multiple actions like change the display order of columns, able to add new column to report, list and export to PDF or Excel. The following reports are available in Smart Disputes for Issuers: Pega Smart Dispute for Issuers

  • Disputes per card
  • Disputes per customer
  • Volumes of disputes resolved in different stages for issuer
  • Chargebacks by reason code
  • Resolution volume by merchant.
