Review and configure the existing scheduling behavior to more closely meet your business needs.

1. In the navigation pane of Dev Studio, click App and enter PegaFSM-Data-ApplicationExtensions in the Search field.

2. To open the data transform, click Data ModelData TransformSchedulerConfigurationDefinition.

3. To override the default behavior, select the SchedulerConfigurationExtension extension rule.

4. Click Save as.

5. Save the rule to the default Apply to class.

   Note: Ensure that the ruleset is for your application.

6. Click Create and open.

7. Review and configure the settings. The following table shows the default values:

Setting	Default value	Description
IsTravelTimeConsideredBetween WorkOrders	true	If true, the travel time is considered only between work orders and the pre travel time for first and post travel time for last work order of a day is not considered. Note: In this release, only true value is supported.
DefaultWOStatusForByHour	"Dispatched"	Dispatches the work order immediately after scheduling.
DefaultWOStatusForByDay	"Undispatched"	The dispatcher needs to take an action to dispatch the work order scheduled by day.
DefaultWOStatusForByWeek	"Undispatched"	The dispatcher needs to take an action to dispatch the work order scheduled by week.
DefaultWOStatusForExternalST	"Undispatched"	The dispatcher needs to take an action to offer the work order.

8. Click Save.
