Optional: Enabling sample operator accounts
To use the sample application that you installed, enable the sample operator accounts that are included with the sample data.
Log in as the administrator operator with the password that you specified for the Pega Field Service application that you are implementing.
In the header of Dev Studio, click
This page lists all currently disabled operator accounts.
In the Disabled operators section, click the link for the out-of-the-box sample operator that you want to enable.
- Optional:
On the Profile tab, complete the displayed fields in the Contact Information section.
On the Security tab, perform the following tasks:
Select the Force password change on next login check box.
Clear the Disable Operator check box.
Click Update password to enter a password and click Submit.
Click Save to enable the operator record and the new password, and then close the page.
On the Organization and Security: Operator access page, repeat steps 2 through 7 for each operator that you want to enable.
