To reuse relevant logic, you can reuse the existing Pega Field Service application rules in your implementation application or you can create your own process flows. For more information, see Defining the case life cycle.

1. Log in to Dev Studio.

2. In the navigation pane of Dev Studio, select a Case type.

3. On the Workflow tab, select a process whose application class you want to reuse and click Open process.

4. To create a copy of this process in your implementation application, click Save as.

5. Enter the Label value.

6. In the Applies to field, select the new case type class, and then click Create and open.
