Business Opportunity creation improvement
When you create a new opportunity in Pega Sales Automation for Healthcare 8.7, the display of fields which are needed to create are dynamic and use different default values for business account sizes (Small Group or Large Group). The fields shown on create screens are displayed based on your choice in the left navigation pane (either New Small Group Opportunity, or New Large Group Opportunity) or the size of the parent Account for the Opportunity. Related fields are grouped together.
Moreover, when you convert a business lead to a small group or large group opportunity, if an address for the parent account is already on file, related fields in the Convert lead dialog box are prepopulated. If there is no known address for the selected account, related fields are automatically filled once you enter the postal code.
