In Pega Sales Automation for Insurance 8.7, information about expiring policies (internal and competitor) is shown in renewal and remarket opportunities. Sales representatives can create renewal and remarket opportunities using the information found in these expiring policies. Moreover, a renewal next best action (NBA) is displayed in the Next Best Actions dashboard widget.
