CLM supports with a questionnaire – applicable only to entities – the following four aspects of DFA:
- The usage of a Cross-Border Representation Letter (CBRL).
- The counterparty (CP) classification.
- The determination of whether the customer is a Special Entity.
- Institutional suitability.
