Selecting a repository for exported interactions and decisions
This content applies only to On-premises and Client-managed cloud environments
Update your application settings by selecting a repository for exported interactions and decisions. When you select the repository, the system creates and updates the required export data flows and data sets. As the final step, to start exporting interactions and/or decisions, you need to enable the related dynamic system settings.
You can use the exported interactions and decisions for analysis in business intelligence (BI) tools and for auditing.
If a suitable repository is not already available in your system, add a repository for exported interactions and decisions. For more information, see Creating a repository.
