Pega-provided integration functionality allows you to seamlessly integrate Pega Customer Decision Hub for Financial Services to Pega Customer Lifecycle Management for account opening. Accepted actions are handed over to the onboarding application while interaction data is captured in the Customer Timeline.

Collections Integration
