The business analyst portal provides all the key features needed to configure and test the system.
The menu items available on the navigation bar on the business analyst portal are listed below.
Menu Feature | Description |
+ (New) | This provides the user with the ability to create new mass adjustment cycles and test claims |
Dashboard | The dashboard displays a section for the users to-do items, a list of their team members, a list of the work queues and the notifications widget |
Claims | This provides the user with the ability to search for claims, schedule mass adjustments and perform mass transfers |
Claims inquiry | This provides the user with ability to search for claims inquiries |
Configuration | This provides the user with the ability to configure specific elements of the SCE, including event codes, attestation text, random audits |
Test Suite | This provides the user with the ability to create and manage test claims, test scenarios and test sets |
Reports | This provides the user with the ability to access the out of the box reports |
