Business analyst portal

The business analyst portal provides all the key features needed to configure and test the system.

The menu items available on the navigation bar on the business analyst portal are listed below.

Menu FeatureDescription
+ (New)This provides the user with the ability to create new mass adjustment cycles and test claims
DashboardThe dashboard displays a section for the users to-do items, a list of their team members, a list of the work queues and the notifications widget
Claims This provides the user with the ability to search for claims, schedule mass adjustments and perform mass transfers
Claims inquiryThis provides the user with ability to search for claims inquiries
ConfigurationThis provides the user with the ability to configure specific elements of the SCE, including event codes, attestation text, random audits
Test SuiteThis provides the user with the ability to create and manage test claims, test scenarios and test sets
ReportsThis provides the user with the ability to access the out of the box reports
