For example, after a dealer creates a Repair order case for the product that is under an active warranty, Pega Warranty generates a Warranty claim case to recover the total repair cost from the manufacturer. The total repair cost contains part, labor, and miscellaneous costs for each repair line. The manufacturer evaluates the claim and pays the required amount to the dealer. The mentioned cost is called a total warranty cost for the manufacturer.
