The SCE provides two out of the box custom resolution flows for the validation edits to supplement the available standard configurations for event resolution.

The resolution flow (ReplaceICN) can be used to support SVE-0001 and SVE-0002 where the ICN on the claim needs to be modified due to a duplication or incorrect length. The Replace ICN option provided in this flow enables the user to automatically generate a new ICN, or manually enter the correct one.

The SCE provides a guided event resolution flow for the no procedure code event (SVE-0003). This flow (UpdateProcedureCode) can be utilized as a model for resolution of other similar code validation errors. The Update procedure code option on this event resolution enables another procedure code to be selected from the autocomplete box to replace the procedure code submitted.
