Creating intervention templates in Pega Care Management
You can create an intervention template and add it to the patient's personal health plan. A health intervention is an effort that promotes behavior to improve mental and physical health or discourage or redirect those with health risks.
The care template manager can create an intervention template as a rule in the Business Analyst portal. An intervention template is part of the problem, goal, and barrier hierarchy and can be assigned an outcome.
