Disputes per card

Use the Disputes per card report to display the number of disputes raised per card for a date range that you specify.

Pega Foundation for Healthcare
  1. Log in to Pega Smart Dispute for Issuer.
  2. In the header of Dev Studio, in the Launch Portal list, select the portal in which you manage reports.
  3. In the left navigation pane of your portal, click Reports to open the Report Browser.
  4. In the Category list, select Case metrics.
  5. Click the Dispute per card report.
  6. In the From date and To date fields, specify the date range in which you want to retrieve the report details.
  7. In the Minimum dispute count drop-down list, select the minimum amount for which to search.
  8. Optional: To customize the report, in the upper-right corner of the Dispute per card report tab, click Edit report, or select an option in the Actions list.
  9. Click Submit. The system displays the report details.
    The following table provides description for the columns in the report:

    Disputes per card

    Column NameDescription
    Card numberThe Credit or Debit card number.
    SchemeAssociation or Card Networks. For example, Visa or Mastercard
    Posted Currency DescCurrency in which account/card is operated.
    No of disputesThe total number of disputes created.
    AmountThe total value of disputes created.

    Dispute per card report
    The Disputes per card report displays the number of disputes raised per each card in the specified date range.
