Disputes per customer

Use the Disputes per customer report to review the number of disputes raised by a customer in a date range that you specify.

Pega Foundation for Healthcare
  1. Log in to Pega Smart Dispute for Issuer.
  2. In the header of Dev Studio, in the Launch Portal list, select the portal in which you manage reports.
  3. In the left navigation pane of your portal, click Reports to open the Report Browser.
  4. In the Category list, select Case metrics.
  5. Click the Dispute per customer report.
  6. In the From date and To date fields, specify the date range in which you want to retrieve the report details.
  7. In the Minimum dispute count drop-down list, select the amount for which to search or filter.
  8. Optional: To customize the report, in the upper-right corner of the Dispute per customer report tab, click Edit report, or select an option in the Actions list.
  9. Click Submit. The system displays the report details.
    The following table provides description for the columns in the report:

    Disputes per customer

    Column NameDescription
    Customer nameThe name of the cardholder.
    CurrencyCurrency in which account or card is operated.
    No of disputesThe total number of disputes created.
    AmountThe total value of disputes created.

    Disputes per customer report
    The Disputes per customer report displays the number of disputes raised by the customer.
