Operator productivity report

Use the Operator Productivity report to review the actions performed by a user. The report shows the total number of cases worked by that user, as well as the value of the disputes they worked on.

Pega Foundation for Healthcare
  1. Log in to Pega Smart Dispute for Issuer.
  2. In the header of Dev Studio, in the Launch Portal list, select the portal in which you manage reports.
  3. In the left navigation pane of your portal, click Reports to open the Report Browser.
  4. In the Category list, select Analyze performance.
  5. Click the Operator Productivity report.
  6. In the From date and To date fields, specify the date range in which you want to retrieve the report details.
  7. Optional: To customize the report, in the upper-right corner of the Operator Productivity report tab, click Edit report, or select an option in the Actions list.
  8. Click Submit. The system displays the report details.
    The following table provides description for the columns in the report:

    Operator productivity

    Column NameDescription
    InterchangeSourceDescAssociation or Card Networks. For example, Visa or Mastercard.
    Operator nameThe name of the operator at the issuer/acquirer.
    Posted CurrencyThe currency of the accounts the operator is working.
    Value of Disputes WorkedThe total value of disputes worked by the operator.
    No of Cases WorkedThe volume of cases worked by the operator.
    Operator Productivity Report
    The Operator Productivity report displays the actions performed by an operator, including the total number of cases worked by the operator and the value of the disputes.
