After the Migration Project Plan is reviewed and approved by all parties, then begin the actual migration process. Pega is responsible for provisioning the environments after your Pega Cloud contract is signed and the Pega Cloud Services Request form is completed.  Work with your Pega sales team to complete the form and initiate this process. The lead time for provisioning Pega Cloud environments is generally five business days from submitting the Pega Cloud Services Request form, possibly more if any details need to be clarified.
