Pega Process Fabric Hub Insights

Pega Process Fabric Hub Insights is a tool that you can use to get a holistic view of a workflow in your organization by analyzing real-time data about assignments that remote applications publish to the Pega Process Fabric Hub. As a result, you can ensure that users resolve tasks within defined timelines, identify and fix bottlenecks, and ultimately improve workload management.

Pega Process Fabric Hub Insights displays consolidated information about assignments from registered applications, such as a number of new and resolved assignments within a specified time frame, for example, from the last seven days. You can also conveniently check how many assignments are currently open and overdue. By analyzing the consolidated data about all the assignments from your applications that are registered in the Pega Process Fabric Hub, you can make informed decisions about workload in your organization, without switching between multiple applications. Pega Process Fabric Hub Insights helps you dynamically respond to any issues that might occur, such as high-priority assignments with a past deadline.

For example: Consider a scenario in which a number of tasks across different applications that are routed to one user are high priority and overdue. By using Pega Process Fabric Hub Insights, you can quickly identify the issue, check which user is overloaded, and which application routed the assignments. To ensure that the workflow is continuous and uninterrupted, you can implement relevant solutions. For example, you can log in to an application that routes the assignments, and then reassign the tasks to other users with higher availability. The following figure shows the data that you can analyze in the Pega Process Fabric Hub Insights:
