Actions in offline mode

Updated on March 3, 2022

Offline-enabled mobile apps support a specific set of actions. By learning about the available actions, you can ensure that your offline-enabled mobile app operates reliably.

With offline-enabled mobile apps, users can process cases and complete tasks, even when the app is not connected to a network. When you design an application that users can access while offline, you use offline-supported actions from a predefined list.
Note: When an action that you want to use is not available in offline mode, it can still be performed when the offline-enabled mobile app regains network connectivity. For more information, see Enabling online-only features in offline mode.
