Repair and claims integrations

Use the IsClaimCreationRequired when rule to decide if a claim file needs to be created. Pega Warranty creates a claim file for a repair line which is either approved or is not eligible for prior approval.

  1. In the navigation panel of Dev Studio, click Records.

  2. Click Decision > When.

  3. Click the filter for Page Name, search for IsClaimCreationRequired.

  4. Click the rule to open it.

  5. Save the rule into your implementation layer. For additional information about locked and unlocked rulesets, see Copying a rule or data instance.

  6. Click Save.
