Claim resolution

When Smart Claims Engine adjudicates a claim which fails to comply with a business policy rule or validation, SCE reports one or more event codes on the claim.

Claims associated with event codes set to suspend are routed to a work queue or to an individual worklist for claims examiners to resolve.
